INSIGHTS FOR STRONGER COMMUNITIES
Practical guides for the tools available in WyrdBot today.

Start with clear staff roles and a shared understanding of your rules. Enable Moderation in Settings, check the bot’s role hierarchy, and use warnings and native timeouts with a reason. Review the case history to keep decisions consistent.

Configure a ticket type, choose its category and support roles, then enable Tickets. Publish a panel in your server. Members can open a private conversation, and your team can claim and reply from the dashboard before closing it with its history intact.

Create a Discord bot application and enable Message Content Intent. In Settings → Bot connection, save its token, follow the installation link, and choose custom mode. Check diagnostics, then republish your ticket panels for the new bot.
